The app starts faster. Three large parts — the random art generator, the painterly photo filter and the English dictionary — are now fetched the moment they are actually needed instead of travelling along with every visit. The first download is about an eighth smaller, and nothing about painting itself changed.

The interface is now available in English as well as German. A DE/EN button at the top right switches it instantly, without reloading, and the choice is remembered for the next visit.
On first use the interface picks the language of the browser, so English speakers no longer land on a German screen.

The appearance switch has moved to the far right of the header, next to the language switch, so that both settings sit together instead of among the painting controls.

Particle-based paint simulation with gravity, viscosity, surface tension, drying and neighbour mixing.
